With Six You Get Egg Roll

There was an old running gag in some of the movies of the sixties that played on the promotions that Chinese restaurants often had.

In  order to promote larger orders, the Chinese restaurants would give away free egg rolls whenever a customer ordered at least six entrees. They would say, "With six, you get egg roll

I noticed in our stats that the new version of Herbed Livers !! is only four views away from passing the old version.

Since this new surge of views came directly from Suzanne mentioning it in her Friendly Fill-Ins post, I told her that when we get the four watches with ads, we would get ice cream.  This is a rare treat for us since we are on such a tight budget.

So, I thought I would mention it here.  Please turn off your ad blocking software and give a view to the new Herb Livers !! video.  When we pass the old one with just four more watches with ads, we will go get ice cream.  Thanks for watching.

    1. Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I am not sure which movies I saw it in. It seems like it is in the movie Cheaper by the Dozen. There were a few other places I heard it but I do not remember where. There is also a Doris Day movie called With Six You Get Egg Roll.
Have a great weekend and a safe Halloween.
