The River is Here
Hello, folks. Some of you have seen on the news
that the Colorado River has climbed out of its banks. It appears that this is true. The above video shows what my child-bride, Suzanne, and I saw as we took a ride around the town.
The places where you see water in the video do not usually have water. At least, nowhere near that much.
The full stage for the river is somewhere around 20 feet or so and flood stage is 39 feet. We got to over 48 feet with a possibility that it will rise some more.

Our home is about a quarter of a mile from the river, so you can see we have some concern about where the river will get to.
