Here are thev fill-ins:

1. I have googled Differentiation Vitality Curve.
I haven’t googled it recently, but at one point in time, our video on the subject was the most popular hit on Google for the subject.
We were even rated higher than GE’s official page about it.

Differentiation Vitality Curve is the term used in business which bases firing decisions on the Pareto Principle.  You know, the whole 80/20 rule.

This sounds more complicated than it is.  However, many businesses now fire people based upon the notion that the bottom producers in any company don’t produce enough to keep their jobs.  As a one time solution, this may make sense, but under this concept every year the bottom 10% of employees, based on results, get fired. See our video to learn more.

2. I have bought books on Ebay.

We replaced a few of our old childhood books by purchasing them through eBay.  The Silver Seven, Ms. Suzy Squirrel, and others.  We have also tried to sell on eBay but had no bids.  I bid on an old ITT orange 500 style rotary phone on eBay, but I was not the winning bidder.

3. I think Suzanne is really enjoying the birds this year.

She bought a bag of birdseed and planted it in the backyard.  They are starting to grow now and she is enjoying the harvest.  She takes still shots and gets a video or two as well.  It is really cool being able to sit on the steps and take pictures of all sorts of birds and squirrels.

4. Our grand-dogger Petra thinks she is a people.

She seems to think she has to sit in GIndy’s lap all the time.  She wants constant attention and still can’t get enough attention even though her mommy is home for the summer.

Well, folks, next Friday is 26 May.  That is the one year anniversary of my first stroke.  So far, so good. The one year mark is a big deal for me.

Also, we just put the last episode for the year of How to Manage Your Monkey in the can.  It will air 02 November 2017.  The next day, 03 November 2017, is the one year mark.  That is also mine and Suzanne’s 33rd wedding anniversary.

We are trying to come up with ideas for the special one year mark video.  Between now and then, the posts are mostly about how to make a little extra money.  After that time, we will start on posts about how to save money.  If you have any tips or suggestions of how to save money, please email them to us at: gindysvideos@gmail.com.

Trivia question: Who is C. Moore Hamlet?  Have a great weekend.

  1. I hope you are going to celebrate in some way on the 26th. Thank you for these great answers to the fill-ins. I have zero business education so I didn't know what #1 was, so I learned something today :) I have the Ms.Suzy squirrel book from childhood, it is one of the few I kept. On Ebay, I never bid, I only buy stuff that has a set price, I hate competing against others- and losing. I have sold a lot of items the same way with a fixed price and free shipping ( which I factor into the price). Have a great weekend!

    1. Hopefully the 26th will be a quiet day. We will certainly say a prayer of thanks that day. It has been years since we bid on eBay. We have no money to bid with. Have a great weekend.

  2. Praying you make that one year mark and far beyond!

  3. Well, just a thought...shouldn't you celebrate surviving a stroke? It seems healthier to focus on the survival. Obviously, God wants you to be happy and healthy. You are here; celebrate that, and life, and love. You are blessed! Maybe you could help others who have had strokes. Perhaps that is your mission: heart healthy videos. Positive thinking. Carpé diem.

    1. Thank you. That is an excellent idea. As a matter of fact, I am getting ready to start recording the saving money on groceries section of How to Manage Your Monkey. That won't air until the first of next year. I will get Suzanne to look into healthy frugal recipes.

  4. It's wonderful you are having the 1 year anniversary. Praise God! ... Your video of the backyard birds is super! We don't get such a variety as y'all do there. I like that Suzanne posts photos of the birds. :)

    1. Thank you. Suzanne shot all that video on her cellphone. When I set up a tripod and left it alone, we did not get much. Suzanne really enjoys her birds.
