This book can be very deep at times.  It is the writer’s attempt to help his readers become more in tune with loving themselves.

It is very clear the author of I Am You Are Love Is has thought very much about what helped him be more in tune with himself and he seeks to share that with his readers.


Mr. Christian attempts to help his readers put a positive spin on their feelings.
