Book Review: So You Want To Be An Innkeeper

We  purchased the book So You Want To Be An Innkeeper way back in the 1990s, and it has been a part of our personal library all those years. We just had not read it yet.

The book has a 1996 copyright and was rewritten a few years back(2004).  The information is still appropriate today, in most cases. The only thing we saw that is probably outdated is information regarding computers and there have probably been changes in some of the laws and IRS regulations.

So You Want To Be An Innkeeper is very well-written, interesting, and informative.  It would help prospective innkeepers make appropriate decisions and would also help them understand a little more about what it is like to own a country inn or bed and breakfast inn.

Although So You Want To Be An Innkeeper is old, it would still be helpful today.  We give the book all five stars and hope there will be a new edition soon.
