Here are the fill-ins:
I was really stretching to find something to put here. This video is already recorded, I just have to edit it and put it “in the can.”
Interestingly enough, for whatever reason, the demographics on that video show that almost 100% of the 1,200 people who have watched the old one are male.
Back in the day before they made fireworks safer, I used to be a regular redneck with them (no surprise there, huh?). I would light a bottle rocket, those big kind, and hold it in my hand until just before the rocket ignited. Then, I would throw it, sometimes up, sometimes at my brother. He was throwing them at me, too. Once we were shooting fireworks in the street. The neighbor lady would come out and complain about the noise. My father was sitting on the front porch of McClendon Manor. He asked if I could get one in her yard. I told him, “I can get one on her porch, if you like”. He told me to do so. I launched one onto her porch and into her flower pot. It set the flower pot on fire. She was not happy. She called the law.
It was won by the blood that was shed by our forefathers. Our military personnel are fighting for our freedom and that of countless others everyday.
We have two sons who are in the military now. Both have been changed for the worse by their service to our country. One has seen combat and cannot tell where. But, he has a combat badge and is considered to be a veteran of a foreign war. Please pray for all of our military personnel.
4. This week, I am thankful for surviving.
We thank Heavenly Father that we survived this month. It was looking very close for awhile. We finished the month with about $5.68 and did not have to tap the overdraft. This is a blessing.
I am thankful for my child-bride Suzanne and our wonderful children.
Have a great week.

I think that you're doing a fine job with your videos. I love you, my Zing. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you. I love you. I have a few thoughts about giving Hammie his own show. I love you, Zing! Zing!
DeleteGreat review, I am not business minded, but I may read this one to get a better sense of business. Thank you for your great fill-in answers. I am sorry your sons have suffered emotionally from the service. So many may not give their lives, but in a way they do because they end up psychologically damaged and there should be more services to help them. Have a nice weekend!
ReplyDeleteIt is terrible what we do to our vets. We have a friend who was in the army and he has to fight tooth and nail to get treatment. The book mentioned would be a great one to read if you don't know anything about big business because it was written before most of the business jargon was coined. Have a great weekend.
DeleteGreat answers! I hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThank you. Enjoy your fourth of July.
DeleteI pray of our military but not enough. I'm so grateful for their service and sacrifice including your sons'. I'm sorry for what they've gone through.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful and safe holiday!
Thank you. We really owe a lot to those who serve. Have a great fourth.
DeleteI apologize for my lateness in responding. Although I read posts last week, with Chloe Jo in the hospital, it has been difficult. As I write this, she is back in the hospital for observation and tests. Thanks for understanding.
ReplyDeleteSurviving things together is what it is all bout these days. So many are in the same tough place. But, with the grace of God, we go on. Hugs.
Hope your week (and Chloe Jo) gets better.
