While many things were going great for the author, he suddenly realizes that things aren’t so great when it comes to his health.
When Food is Your Frenemy is a detailed account of Bustos’ trip into poor health and the decisions he had to make.
Part of the book is chock full of healthy recipes that will help one see that eating healthy doesn’t have to be all rice cakes and water.

ReplyDeleteWe agree with them. Diet, portion control, exercise, and lots of water. Lose weight naturally. It can be a pretty dangerous surgery. Many don't lose as much as they hoped. This guy almost died during a follow-up surgery.
