Do You Have 3 Minutes?

Do you have 3 minutes you could spare?  The above video is two minutes and 37 seconds long
(2:37).  I figure between loading time and whatever advertisements it plays it should take approximately 3-4 minutes of your time to watch.

      Thank you for watching. Part of this is really true. He has been ticketed so many times for not having his baby in a car seat, he could probably wallpaper a decent sized room with the tickets. He just pays the fines and keeps doing what he was doing before. There is no sting to Texas motor vehicle laws.
