Word High July for 20 July 2016 Word kundiman

Today’s word is kundiman.  This word means love song.   This brings back memories

of when my child-bride Suzanne and I first started dating.  The very first date we had was going to see the movie Endless Love.   The song that accompanied that movie became our theme song for our romance.

Along the way there have been other songs that speak to us.  Songs like Love to Lay You Down by Conway Twitty, as well as Angels and Demons by Aviators, I Just Called to Say I Love You by Stevie Wonder, and Are You Lonesome Tonight by Elvis Presley.

For reasons totally unknown to anyone, we also have a song called Smurfingland that reminds us of days long ago.
