Not-So-Wordless Wednesday
24 August 2016

Hello everyone and welcome once again to Not-So-Wordless Wednesday.  http://curiousasacathy.com/  This meme is sponsored by Cathy over at Curious as a Cathy.  This meme is right down my alley because I can’t even tell you hello in 500 words or less.  Giving me free range to use as many words as I want is well… wonderful.

Today, I am going to share with you a picture of a boat that my beautiful child-bride Suzanne

took in Corpus Christi, Texas, a few months ago.  We don’t know the back story of this boat, just that it was tied to the dock and there were numerous boats in the vicinity flying the Jolly Roger (skull and crossbones pirate flag).  At least, I think that is the appropriate name for the skull and crossbones flag.

Anyway, we saw this while passing by on the way to the Island where we have to drop off our baby child.  It would be great to know something about this boat.

  1. David, Well, I hate to say that I laughed, but I did. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I know that's horrible, but it's funny. I bet you laugh about now, too. Am I right? And, your dad's friend?! That really tickled my funny bone royally. Definitely not a good moment for the athlete or your dad. At least your dad lived to share the story with you. Oh the things we will try to bring relief. Thanks for joining me on not-so Wordless Wednesday, my friend!

    1. That is one of those things that later on are funny, but at the time are anything but funny. Thanks for stopping by.
