Faith-Based Family Finances is a book that every Christian couple should read together. There are many topics in the book that could be helpful to a couple. As we have all been told, money is one of the main reason couples split up.
The authors of this book take a real-world approach to finances, while at the same time offering the Christian perspective. This book does not contain a plethora of complicated financial formulas like many of the financial management books I have read. And, believe me, there have been many.
I believe that if one were to read this book along with The Wealthy Barber by David Chilton, one would have a very solid understanding of his or her personal finances and how to build wealth.
We have made it a part of our upcoming How to Mange Your Monkey course on life recipe.
Money is definitely our big issue. I am willing to max out credit cards to save my cats when they are sick, my husband thinks vets are rip off artists.
ReplyDeleteWe gotta do what we gotta do. We will be paying Xerxes vet for about two more years to pay off his leukemia treatment. We would do it again in a heartbeat if we could have him back. Some vets may be rip offs. We think ours are great! Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
