Meet Martha

Everyone, meet Martha.  He is the new cat here at McClendon Villa.  Yes, Martha is a male. Our youngest daughter, who is back at home now, adopted him last year.  He moved in when she moved back in.

Well, Martha is about as calm and loving as you could find.  He likes to sleep and he loves to be brushed. He even tries to brush himself.

It is very difficult to get a picture of Martha unless he is asleep.  He seems to turn his back to the camera or disappear entirely. I actually think he is Cheshire cat and he just smiles and disappears.
