Share Your World – 2016 Week 32

If you could have an endless supply of any food, what would you get?
Actually, this isn’t as easy a choice as it may sound.  I would love to say langostinos, the delicious Chilean lobster that became near extinct about thirty years ago.
My second thought would be shrimp.


However, if this is the only food we are allowed to have at the time, that would alter the thought because sooner or later the food would become boring.

What is the worst thing you ate this last recently?

Right now we are in the part of the summer where it is too hot to cook.  Therefore,

we are in the same-o same-o thing and I love it.  I love me some tomato sandwiches.  I also love the light lunch meat sandwiches we have with some chicken or turkey lunchmeat, a little tomato, a little onion, some lettuce and what a great meal.

If I had to go back to when I had a bad meal, that would go back to some Kentucky Fried Chicken we had several years ago here in town.

The restaurant was owned by a friend of a friend and we went in. We placed our order. A little over a half hour later, our food arrived.  It was gross.  We were the only patrons in the restaurant and invited by the owner’s friend.  They still could not get it right.

Before that, we were mystery shopping a fast food drive-thru.  The order taker wiped her nose on her hand before reaching over and putting our food in the bag.  We did not eat it and reported the incident.  We call that the Booger Burger.

You are comfortable doing nothing?  For long stretches of time?

Not really.  I like to stay busy.  When we don’t have memes to answer, I work on our upcoming course, How to Manage Your Monkey.  It keeps me busy. 

List of Jobs You Think You Might Enjoy: Even if you aren’t thinking about a career change, it can be fun to think of other jobs you might enjoy.

This one is easy.  I often design what I feel is the perfect "____" in my mind: the perfect restaurant, the perfect convenience store, the perfect health care center.  So, I think I would enjoy running one of these places up to the point people got involved.


Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up? 

This week, rather than say I am looking forward to our daughter coming home from the island, I can say I am enjoying our daughter being home from the island.  I am looking forward to a few more weeks of her being home.

I am grateful we were able to go get her and get back with no real problems.  I am grateful the gas prices dropped a little before we had to go get her.
